1. About ConnectWithAgents.ai

ConnectWithAgents.ai is a real estate agent referral service operated by Brandon Held, a licensed real estate professional in Maryland and North Carolina. We provide a free matching service that connects individuals looking to buy or sell real estate with certified, independently licensed real estate agents across the United States.

We are a referral service, not a licensed brokerage in all states. The agents we refer are independent professionals licensed by their respective state real estate boards and affiliated with their own brokerages. ConnectWithAgents.ai does not represent buyers or sellers in a licensed capacity outside of Maryland and North Carolina.

2. Our Service Is Free to Consumers

There is no cost to buyers or sellers for using ConnectWithAgents.ai. We receive a referral fee paid by the agent upon the successful closing of a real estate transaction. This fee is agreed upon between ConnectWithAgents.ai and the referring agent through a signed referral agreement prior to any client introduction. Consumers are never charged for our matching or consulting services.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

ConnectWithAgents.ai makes no representations or guarantees regarding the outcome of any real estate transaction. While we carefully select agents based on transaction history, local expertise, and professional standing, we cannot guarantee:

• That a property will sell at any particular price or within any specific timeframe
• That a buyer will successfully purchase a property
• That any agent we refer will be available or available within a specific timeframe
• The performance, conduct, or results produced by any referred agent

The relationship between you and your referred agent is governed by a separate agreement between you and that agent. ConnectWithAgents.ai is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any referred agent.

4. Accuracy of Information

By submitting a request through our website, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in an unsuitable agent match and may affect the quality of service you receive.

ConnectWithAgents.ai reserves the right to decline to provide services to any individual at our discretion.

5. For Real Estate Agents — Referral Agreement

Agents who apply to join the ConnectWithAgents.ai network and are approved agree to the following:

• A referral fee of 30% of the gross commission earned at closing will be payable to ConnectWithAgents.ai upon the successful closing of any transaction originating from a ConnectWithAgents.ai referral
• A signed referral agreement must be executed before any client contact information is shared
• Agents must maintain an active, valid real estate license in the state(s) in which they practice
• Agents must notify ConnectWithAgents.ai upon the closing of any referred transaction and remit the referral fee within 15 days of closing
• Agents may not circumvent the referral fee by referring clients to another agent or brokerage without prior written consent

Failure to remit referral fees or comply with the referral agreement may result in removal from the network and legal action to recover amounts owed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of ConnectWithAgents.ai and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. The ConnectWithAgents.ai name and logo are proprietary marks of this business.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ConnectWithAgents.ai and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Any loss resulting from a real estate transaction, whether or not an agent was referred by us
• Any conduct or actions of a referred agent
• Any reliance on information provided on this website
• Any interruption or unavailability of our website or services

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, which in most cases is zero.
